Country star Jana Kramer and Dancing with the Stars partner Gleb Savchenko have had quite a ride on this season’s show. From Jana’s bruised ribs after the first episode, to Gleb’s knee injury and Jana opening up about her abusive first marriage, the pair has managed to make it to the top 4 and landed a spot in tonights finale face-off for the coveted mirror ball trophy; but first the pair must face one more obstacle. According to posts on the pair’s Instagram accounts Gleb has the flu; and it’s possible Jana does as well.
It has not been confirmed whether or not Gleb will be dancing with his partner in this evening’s competition or who his replacement will be if he doesn’t participate but one thing that is clear is Jana definitely wants that trophy. She is excited that the judges assigned her the Tango as that is the dance she had performed following her injury so she had to limit her movements and feels like she has been given a second chance with that dance style.
Jana will also be performing her song “Circles” which is a song about overcoming life’s challenges which also parallels her own story this year as she publicly fought to push past her personal struggles throughout the season.
Tune in to ABC tonight at 8pm ET to watch the final 4 stars which also includes Olympic Gold Champion Laurie Hernandez, NFL receiver “Megatron” Calvin Johnson Sr. and Indy professional race car driver James Hinchcliffe go head to head.
