Chris Tomlin Releases Breathtaking Video For His New Single “Home”

Christian superstar, Chris Tomlin, just released the video for his new single, “Home” and it’s absolutely breathtaking!

The message behind the song is reminiscent of Carrie Underwood’s “Temporary Home” in that no matter what you are dealing with on Earth all the pain and suffering will disappear when you are called to your Eternal home.

The video highlights a stark contrast between darkness and light as Tomlin describes life on Earth versus Eternity in Heaven. When describing Earth, you see a lot of bare trees and gloomy weather compared to a house with bright, white lights signifying Heaven. In the video, you see Tomlin running through the woods toward the house as he sings of wanting to go home.

Chris is one of Christian music’s most successful artists selling nearly 30 millions records that included hits like, “How Great Is Our God,” “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone),” and “Our God.” He has 15 No. 1’s, a Grammy Award and Time called him, “most likely the most often sung artist anywhere” with more than 40 million people singing his songs each week.
