Good Morning America showcased Mitchell Tenpenny…a Billboard Country Top 10 Songwriter and Top 15 Album artist this past Sunday (August 20th), including a brief clip of his 45-minute set in downtown Nashville.
The 28-year-olds mix of “soul, Southern rock rasp, country, pop and blues (CMT) was part of a larger feature on the citys eclipse entertainment.

Best known for co-writing Granger Smith’s “If the Boot Fits,” Tenpenny seals the EP with an acoustic version…and the original lyrics…of the Billboard Top 10 hit.
The WME-booked artist will tour throughout the Southeast this Summer and Fall, joining Smith for a run of shows and performing at variety of festivals, including Country Crossings, Mountain Home Country Music Festival, and The Festival at Sandpoint.
