TUNE IN: 2018 CMT Music Awards…Watch The Presenters, Performers And Winners

We hope you are as excited as we are for the 2018 CMT Music Awards! The awards will air at 8:00 pm ET on CMT  LIVE from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The show has traditionally been known as the unofficial kickoff to CMA Music Festival, which begins in Music City on Thursday, June 7th.

WHO’S HOSTING…Little Big Town will be hosting the CMT Awards for the very first time. The country quartet are nominated for three awards, including Group Video of the Year for “When Someone Stops Loving You.” They will also give us the LIVE debut of their new single “Summer Fever.”

WHO’S UP FOR AN AWARD…Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line & Jason Aldean all lead the nominations with four each. Underwood comes in to the awards with winning the most CMT Awards…17 trophies to date. There are also nominees from outside the country music realm including Justin Timberlake, Common, Ludacris, Derek Trucks, Earth Wind & Fire, and the Backstreet Boys.

WHO IS PERFORMING…Chris Stapleton, Florida Georgia Line, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kelsea Ballerini and Blake Shelton. Kelly Clarkson & Backstreet Boys will also make special appearances tonight…Clarkson will offer her update of the Guess Who’s “American Woman” and BSB will be performing their new song “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.”

Viewers can also expect two collaborations they won’t want to miss…including Dierks Bentley & Brothers Osborne doing Bentley’s newsong “Burning Man,” and Darius Rucker debuting his version of Drivin’ N’ Cryin’s “Straight to Hell” with Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley.
