“Still The Same”…Sugarland Announces 2018 Tour!

Sugarland’s recent reunion continues with exciting news for the new year! The country duo has announced multiple stops for their 2018 “Still the Same Tour.”

Sugarland, which is made up of Kristian Bush and Jennifer Nettles shared the details of their 2018 tour via Twitter yesterday (Wednesday, Jan. 3). Although no dates have been announced, the duo did revealed the 48 cities in which their “Still The Same Tour” will be heading to throughout 2018.

Sugarland’s 2018 tour destinations include cities such as Los Angeles, Calif, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, Columbus, Ohio and more. (See the complete list of cities is below.)

According to Sugarland’s tweet, the fan pre-sale for their “2018 Still the Same Tour” will begin on January 9th. Bush and Nettles released “Still the Same,” their first single in five years, on December21st…and have assured fans that a full album is in the works.

The title of the song is so meaningful to us as we want fans to know, we are still the same, we are still the same Sugarland they’ve known and loved,” Nettles says. Adds Bush, “We want to finish where we left off. We always knew were going to make music again …”

Sugarland had released five studio albums between 2004-2010 before taking a break to focus on their solo careers. Their last album, “The Incredible Machine”, released in 2010 was followed by the devastating stage collapse that occurred during one of the duo’s concerts, at the Indiana State Fair. Following the incident in 2011, Bush and Nettles decided to take a break.

As solo artists, Nettles released “That Girl” in 2014 and “Playing With Fire” in 2016, as Bush released “Southern Gravity” in 2015.
