Artist of a lifetime recipient Shania Twain will be having her album catalog from Mercury Records released to vinly this Friday.  The 5 time Grammy award winner will see her albums Shania Twain, The Women in Me, Come on Over, and Up! on vinyl beginning October 14th.

The singer hasn’t released a new album in over a decade, but promises she has enough new music for two albums.  Shania Twain remains to this day the top-selling female artist of all time and to this date has sold over 85 million albums.

The singer is being honored on October 20th at the CMT Artists of the Year, and will be receiving the artist of a lifetime award.  Grammy award winning pop star Meghan Trainor as well as breakout award recipient Kelsea Ballerini will perform in honor of Shania Twain.

Hopefully Shania Twain fans will be given new music sooner than later, but for now her albums being released to vinyl is a pretty big deal.
