‘Rolling Stone Country’ Premieres Forlorn Strangers’ New Music Video

Head over to Rolling Stone Country to watch the exclusive music video premiere of “Leave It On The Ground” from folk-pop newcomers Forlorn Strangers…

The “artful video” showcases the family harmonies and string-forward accompaniments that Forlorn Strangers are becoming known for. In the video, “[t]here’s a woozy, leisurely feel to everyone’s movements,” reflects Rolling Stone Country, which “turn[s] this clip – the latest release from the band’s self-titled debut – into an out-of-time tribute to overcoming trials, moving forward and leaving one’s baggage behind.”

Forlorn Strangers was produced by Grammy winner Phil Madeira and recorded at John Prine’s Nashville studio, The Butcher Shoppe. The 10-track album combines the talents of five songwriters whose unique styles blend into a singular, unforgettable sound that is simultaneously innovative and steeped in the tradition of American roots music.
