Luke is encouraging his followers to donate to the Brett Boyer Foundation, which raises awareness and funds research + treatment options for Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) and celebrates Down Syndrome (DS) in honor of Sadie Brett Boyer, Luke and his wife, Caroline’s, niece that had DS and battled CHD for the seven months of her life.
