A big congratulations going out to Kelsea Ballerini who was nominated for ‘Best New Artist’ in the all-genre category at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards! Just another milestone to add to her successful music career.
One of the first messages I got was from Maren [Morris], which was really cool,” she says. “It was really cool to be like, ‘Oh my God! We get to go together!’ And it’s cool, too, because we’re both chicks in country music and we get to represent our genre together. It’s a big, frickin’ deal,” stated Kelsea.
Kelsea is also celebrating her fastest-selling single to date, “Peter Pan,” which is now officially certified PLATINUM by the RIAA. Her current single, “Yeah Boy” is currently climbing the charts and has landed a spot on Spotify’s “Hot Country” playlist. It will no doubt be her next single to hit the No.1 spot.
