Good thing Kanye West wasn’t invited to the Country Music Awards, because he would have had to get up and interrupt Taylor Swift quite a few times.
Swift picked up awards for Album of the Year (for Fearless), Female Vocalist of the Year and Music Video of the Year (for “Love Story”).
Other top honors went to Brad Paisley (Male Vocalist of the Year), Darius Rucker (Best New Artist of the Year), Jamey Johnson (Song of the Year for “In Color”) and Lady Antebellum (Vocal Group of the Year).
