As the holiday season comes to a close…this indicates the end of another year. As the door closes for 2018 and a new one  opens for 2019, you can expect to hear some new country music voices coming through the other side of the door! Here is our list of 10 country artists to keep your eye out for in 2019.

Chance McKinney

Chance is a former high school teacher who turned country music singer/songwriter! He recently released his new EP, , which you can check out here…also a former member of the duo Nathan Chance, and he won CMT’s Music City Madness competition with his song, “Be Real.” Chance has also performed with Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, Sunny Sweeney, Alan Jackson, Ronnie Dunn, Darius Rucker and more…

Nick Wayne

Nick’s debut EP, Two Sides, has over 400K Spotify streams in just two months… his current single is  “If You Ever Wanna” and he was listed as one of the 2019 CMT Listen Up Artists!

Jenna Paulette

Jenna just released new music including her current single, “F-150”. She is a CMT Discovery Artist that describes her sound as “New West”. Her music as been played on Radio Disney & Radio Disney Country and her previous single “ILYSM” was named a song to know by Cosmopolitan!

 Runaway June

Their current single,  is impacting country radio…likened to a ‘Dixie Chicks for a new generation’. Runaway June is the first all-female trio in over a decade to earn two Top 40 hits. The girls also received an ACM Nominee for New Vocal Duo/Group!

Jenny Tolman

Jenny’s current single “Rock & Roll to My Country Soul” is available now! Her debut single “Something to Complain About,” reached No. 1 on CMT’s 12 Pack of Country countdown. She has also been named a “Top 10 Country Artist You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone. Jenny has opened for country music favorites like Alabama, Lee Ann Womack, Michael Ray, Brandy Clark and Cole Swindell.

Seth Ennis

Seth’s current single, “Call Your Mama” was performed with country group Little Big Town…he broke onto the scene with his hit debut single, “Woke Up in Nashville” which has over 23 million streams on Spotify! Seth spent his formative years on a military base in Japan, cut his teeth as a touring musician while living in Raleigh and commuting to Nashville, and has now put down roots in Music City.

Jordan Rager

Jordan’s current reining single is “Georgia Boy”…if you haven’t heard it, check it out! His duet with Jason Aldean, “Southern Boy,” has over 11 million Spotify streams. He has performed with Kip Moore, Randy Houser and Justin Moore. He is also responsible for co-writing “Right Girl Wrong Time” by Jon Langston.

Brandon Stansell

Brandon’s current single is “Hometown” and the Music video is out now and playing on CMT! The single gives a look into the struggles Brandon has faced during his coming out journey. He is a strong and empowering voice as he represents the LGBT community in the country music genre and promotes kindness and authenticity. He also released “Slow Down” with country music artist Ty Herndon.

Liddy Clark

Liddy’s current single “Shot Down (Stand Up)” is based off her experience as a native of Parkland, FL and being friends with several of the victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting. The empowering ballad is a beautiful look into the theme of perseverance. The up and coming artist already has over 320K social followers!

Caroline Marquard

Rising country/singer songwriter originally from Switzerland…her current single “Not A Rolling Stone”
was produced by Chris Seefried who also works with Fitz & The Tantrums. She has already received over 1.1 million views on YouTube!

Absolutely amazing things are happening for all of the artists mentioned and as country music fans it is our job to go out and support each and every one of them. Buy your tickets and catch them on tour, and if you get the chance, just hang out with them… great musicians, and even better guys and gals…country music should be proud to have them in the family.
