Zac Brown recently spoke with Billboard about the journey the band took to recording their emotional single “My Old Man.”
Written between tour buses and the wilderness of Alaska, and performed with some tear-filled memories of his own father and mentors, “My Old Man” is a testament to the power of father-son relationships.
We wanted it to feel as if [Zac] picked up the guitar and played it personally for you,” says producer Dave Cobb.
