Craig Campbell Finds New Home With BBR Music Group

We may have three weeks left in the year but Craig Campbell is already gearing up for 2015 with new management, a co-written song on Garth Brooks’ latest album and an opportune signing with Nashville super power BBR Music Group.

After prior label Bigger Picture Group closed their doors in May 2014 BBR began receiving tips  from industry partners urging them to consider Craig. It seems to have paid off as BBR recently added the Georgia native to it’s roster at Red Bow Records, a subsidiary of BBR Group.

In addition, the future icon is now being represented by Longshot Management, home of Brett Eldredge, and Sweet Talk Publicity which reps Florida Georgia Line.  Let’s hope they don’t try to dress Craig up in denim vests and Affliction jeans. That’s not, “how he rolls”.

Campbell’s irrevocable climb up the treacherous landscape that is the country music charts since his debut record in 2011 has landed him his first top 10 hit with “Keep Them Kisses Comin’”. It is not uncommon for Craig to stroll into any given bar or venue here in music city and grace exuberant fans with an impromptu song or two.

And all of this exciting news comes off the heels of country legend Garth Brooks’ latest record. Campbell scored a cut on this album titled “All American Kid”. A co-write he shares with Brice Long and Terry McBride.

Craig is in the studio, possibly as I write this very article, working on new music with a single expected early 2015. “I’m more fired up than I have ever been and can’t wait to get my new music out to radio and the fans”, says Campbell.

Buzz of his next release has been vibrating off of the walls in every industry hangout in town for months and I have been privy to some of the writers on his next project. Unfortunately, none of them are me. Such is life. Though, this does explain why I ran into Craig at the BBR CMA party last month.

He now shares a home with the likes of  Jason Aldean, Dustin Lynch, Thompson Square and Joe Nichols. Not bad company to keep. And you can keep up with all things Campbell by following him @craigcampbelltv and stopping by CraigCampbell.tv
