{Watch Here} Dillon Carmichael Releases New Music Video For “Made To Be A Country Boy”

Dillon Carmichael, (who has some serious Chris Stapleton vibes), just released the music video for his song “Made To Be A Country Boy.” The video pays homage to Dillon’s country upbringing in rural Kentucky as well as his family members who have served in the military.

I want lyrics to be relevant in songs and on radio again,” he says. “I’d like lyrics to impact people the way they impacted me growing up, listening to some of my favorite artists like Hank Williams Jr., Vern Gosdin and Waylon Jennings. Those guys were true country.”

The inherently talented singer/songwriter discovered that music was his passion by watching his uncles, John Michael Montgomery and Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry. They told him it would take a lot of grit and paying his dues. He’s done just that and his hard work is paying off with “Made To Be A Country Boy.”
