Up & Coming Stagecoach Performances You Won’t Want To Miss This Year…

With Stagecoach 2018 right around the corner (this weekend actually!) We are so excited for all of the talented acts that are going to be performing during the three day country music festival.

Here are a few of the line-ups acts that you may not know too much about yet but that you won’t want to miss throughout the weekend!

Auburn Road

Continuing to bring hot new talent to the festival, Stagecoach 2018 has invited Auburn Road to join the ranks of Tegan Marie and Temecula Road as this year’s newcomers. Pop-Country-Americana, trio Auburn Road areAlicia Paulson, Paxton Martin and Kristen Brown.

These three life-long friends are staying true to their country roots but also daring to push the boundaries of the modern genre.  With a tell-all, attitude-filled songwriting approach and feisty personalities they are sure to crash through the stereotypes with three voices that blend perfectly together. They self-released their debut “Fancy” in their senior year of high school, graduated, and have since been busy playing shows, writing and recording songs for their upcoming EP series Mustang Vol. 1 and Mustang Vol. 2.

Taking the destiny of their career in their own hands they funded the upcoming releases through their touring, merchandise sales and a preorder campaign on PledgeMusic.  

Banditos

The Banditos will be performing at Stagecoach this year Friday, April 27th at 1:30 PM on the Palomino Stage…

Their newest album “Visionland” was covered by the likes of American Songwriter, Rolling Stone Country, Stereogum, Brooklyn Vegan, CNN, Huffington Post, Paste Magazine, and many more. RIYL: Alabama Shakes, Drive-By Truckers, Lee Bains III & the Glory Fires.

After spending much of the last two years on the road, relentlessly showcasing their critically acclaimed 2015 self-titled debut album, the six bandmates of Banditos regrouped in late 2016 at Plum Creek Sound Studios and democratically poured out sonic influences and emotionally charged personal experiences for their new album “Visionland”.

Brandy Clark

6-time Grammy Award nominee Brandy Clark playing Stagecoach Fest on Saturday, April 28th at 2:25 pm on the Palomino Stage!

Brandy is part of a new vanguard in country music…a talent that CMT says, “few artists can make you feel the power of music quite like Brandy Clark.” She most recently dropped Live From Los Angeles, featuring stripped-down tracks from her latest Grammy-nominated album,” Big Day in a Small Town”, which earned praise this year from the likes of Rolling Stone, NPR, SPIN, Associated Press, among others.

She also penned the Miranda Lambert No. 1 hit “Mama’s Broken Heart” and  won the CMA Song of the Year Award for co-writing Kacey Musgraves’ hit, “Follow Your Arrow.” And this spring/summer, she’s been on the road with Willie Nelson, Dwight Yoakam and Sugarland!

Lewis Brice

Country Rock artist Lewis Brice is coming to SiriusXM Spotlight Stage at Stagecoach 2018 on Sunday, April 29th!

“Alabama” was written with Lee Brice (brother) and has been playing with him to capacity crowds across the country…Brice was named as one of the ‘10 New Country Artists You Need to Know’ by Rolling Stone Country as well as named as one of the Top 10 Artist to Watch by Billboard Magazine.

His self-titled EP, “Lewis Brice” which debuted in the Top 15 on the iTunes Country charts, and was prominently featured across digital platforms as a fan favorite.

Jade Bird

UK artist Jade Bird will perform at Stagecoach on Friday, April 27th at 12:45 pm on the SiriusXM’s SPOTLIGHT Stage!

Her Stagecoach appearance follows an amazing SXSW last month where she won the 2018 Grulke Prize for Developing Non-US Act and was praised by The New York Times as one of “17 Acts That Stood Out.” She has also confirmed dates supporting Colter Wall, First Aid Kit, and Anderson East throughout the summer.

Joshua Hedley

Be sure to catch Joshua Hedley’s upcoming set at Stagecoach on Friday April 27th…

Joshua’s new album, “Mr. Jukebox”, is being released this Friday via Jack White’s label Third Man Records. It’s already been receiving some really great critical praise, including NPR’s First Listen, where it’s now streaming in full. Also, his latest video for one of the new tracks “I Never (Shed A Tear)” debuted on Tuesday at CMT—watch here.

On top of it all, he’s making his debut at the Grand Ole Opry on the same day as the album comes out!

Muscadine Bloodline

Muscadine Bloodline will be performing at Stagecoach on Saturday, April 28th at 1:25 pm on SiriusXM’s SPOTLIGHT Stage.

Signed to Red Light Management (Tom Lord), Muscadine Bloodline already have a ton of early love from the media…including NPRRolling Stone CountryParadeHuffington Post, to name a few. They are ridiculously talented and continuously named a “One To Watch.” They also have a new EP releasing this Friday, April 27th…perfect timing!

DJ Bad Ash

From hip hop to pop to country there is no genre that DJ Bad Ash hasn’t touched. DJ Bad Ash, also known as Ashlee Williss, started off as a singer-song writer. With her diverse music knowledge and impeccable ear, it was only natural that she becomes a DJ. DJ Bad Ash has traveled the world playing music, has spun just about every hotspot in LA, had a residency in Vegas at TopGolf all summer long, DJs celebrity events, corporate events, clubs, weddings & some of the biggest country music festivals around the world.

She has opened for top artists such as Cardi B, Diplo, J Balvin, Migos, Luke Bryan, Zach Brown Band, Chris Stapleton, and many more.

She will be playing the Honky Tonk Dance Hall at StageCoach on Saturday from 8pm- 10pm.
