Up-And-Coming Stagecoach Festival Performances You Won’t Want To Miss

With Stagecoach 2017 right around the corner (this weekend actually!) We are so excited for all of the talented acts that are going to be performing during the three day country music festival.

Here are a few of the line-ups acts that you may not know too much about yet but that you won’t want to miss throughout the weekend!

The Cactus Blossoms

The Minnesota band will be making their Stagecoach Festival debut Friday, April 28th. With their Red House Records debut, “You’re Dreaming”, the Cactus Blossoms bring a new energy and vitality to a classic sound with their blood harmonies…think Everly Brothers…and timeless, instantly memorable songs.

In the past year, The Cactus Blossoms, led by brothers Jack Torrey and Page Burkum, have toured Europe and Australia, performed at Newport Folk Fest, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass and others and were featured by Rolling Stone Country, NPR Heavy Rotation, NPR All Things Considered, Folk Alley, Noisey, Garden & Gun, CMT, A Prairie Home Companion and more.

They’re also included in the new Twin Peaks series…a great fit for their haunting, reverb-drenched harmonies. Be sure to check them out at 1:30 pm on the Mustang Stage!

Anderson East

East is also on the lineup for the Stagecoach Festival this Friday, April 28th!

He is currently working on a new album for release this fall, the follow up to “Delilah”.

This summer, he’ll open for Chris Stapleton on several dates in addition to playing festivals (including Shaky Knees).

Don’t forget to head over the the Mustang Stage at 4:25 pm this Friday to catch Anderson’s set!

Honey County

One of Rolling Stone Country’s Top Ten New Country Artists You Need to Know will also be making their Stagecoach debut on Friday, April 28th.

Their new single “High On The Radio” is already receiving airplay on Radio Disney Country and has been featured on CMT, KCRW and E! News.

Full of California flare you won’t want to miss the girls of Honey County at the Honky Tonk on Friday at 8:00 pm for their live performance and dancing!

Brent Cobb

The Nashville singer-songwriter will be performing at the festival on Saturday, April 29th.

Brent is currently in the midst of an extensive worldwide tour, including over 30 dates supporting Chris Stapleton as well as shows with Jamey Johnson, Margo Price, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. The tour celebrates his major label debut album, “Shine On Rainy Day“, which was produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Jason Isbell).

Be sure to stop by his set on Saturday at 2:50 pm on the Mustang Stage!

Ruston Kelley

Kelly’s bringing a little “Halloween” to Stagecoach this weekend. His debut EP, (out Friday, April 7th) mixes folk lyricism, grunge attitude, country heart, Americana spirit and rock energy to create his unique and haunting sound.

Ruston will also be preforming on the Mustang Stage on Saturday the 29th at 12:30 pm!

You won’t want to miss Ruston’s performance, he is an incredible artist who embodies country heart, Americana spirit and rock energy!

Steve Moakler

Moakler is currently on SiriusXM’s inaugural “Highway Finds Tour”, his fourth national tour that will hit New York, Chicago, Philadelphia and more…but most important he will be hitting Stagecoach on Saturday, April 29th!

Called an “artist to watch” by more that 20 outlets, including CMT, Huffington Post and Rolling Stone, Moakler is an accomplished songwriter who is known for cuts by Ashley Monroe, Jake Owen, Ben Rector and most notably, “Riser” by Dierks Bentley.

Don’t miss him on the Mane Stage Saturday at 2:35 pm!

JUST ANNOUNCED:  Tegan Marie Added To Stagecoach Lineup

The 13-year-old Country music sensation has been added to the festival’s Half-Pint Hootenanny lineup, featuring up-and-coming country acts, at 6:00 pm on Sunday, April 30th!

Tegan is taking America by storm. Before even entering high school “the little girl with the big voice” (Rare Country) made Florida Georgia Line “misty-eyed” with her viral video of their hit song “H.O.L.Y.,” debuted on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” joined Smokey Robinsonfor “My Girl” during PBS’ star-studded tribute honoring the Gershwin Prize recipient and opened up for her crush,Hunter Hayes.
