The Band Perry Calls It Quits With Record Label

Country trio The Band Perry has announced that they have parted ways with their record label. They announced the news through their official social media accounts.

Band Perry FBThere has been no explanation for the split, but rumors have been spiraling in the last few months following the lack of response to the band’s recent single “Live Forever.”

The song and an accompanying album, which was set for release in early 2016, represented a change in direction for the sibling group, which shot to the #1 spot in 2010 with “If I Die Young.”

They also found repeated success with their sophomore album back in 2013, Pioneer, which was also a #1 album on Billboard and included chart-toppers such as “Better Dig Two” and “Done.”

Fans asked the sibling group via Facebook if the new album would still be released with the band replying that fans stay tuned for more details to come…
