Tate Stevens put his “X” on the Grammy’s!

Beloved winner of The X Factor, Tate Stevens, will step into the spotlight and perform at tonight’s 55th annual GRAMMY Awards. Tate will share the stage with some of the best acts in today’s music, but the blue-collar cowboy turned country megastar will surely stand out with his anticipated debut song, “Holler if You’re with Me.” Stevens calls his new track a “feel good anthem song,” and as true country fans know, any kickback, cool rhythm, sing along is going to be a favorite.

Along with the performance, the music video will also capture everyone’s attention and focus on the very thing we can all relate to – partying.

Stevens says “it’s a party song and so it was only fitting that we threw a party!”

But enough spoilers… Make sure to tune into the GRAMMY Awards tonight at 8pm EST on CBS and catch Tate Stevens living his dream center stage. If you haven’t already, you can also download Tate’s new song on iTunes, and watch out for his brand new album coming this Spring! … ok a few more spoilers;

Tate has teamed up with country songwriting geniuses, Rhett Atkins, Ben Hayslip, Shane Minor and David Lee Murphy, and locked down renowned Nashville producer, Blake Chancey to construct a record that is going to be so perfect they may as well go on and title it PLATINUM. Stevens also share that on this album he had the opportunity to write with life-long idol, Joe Diffie and stated,

“The moment I sat down in that room with Joe it hit me – this is my life now, this is my chance to follow in the path of my heroes and make my own unique mark on the genre – and that’s exactly what I plan to do.”

We here at CMP have no doubts that Tate Stevens will quickly become a household name in country music and we can’t wait to go along for the ride. First stop GRAMMYs, next stop Stardom!
