Stagecoach 2013

Toby Keith, Lady Antebellum, Zac Brown Band, Darius Rucker, Dierks Bentley, Trace Adkins, Rodney Atkins, Hank Williams Jr., the list goes on but one thing we can all agree on, it’s going to be a party … or at least we all thought it was going to be.

The set list for Southern California’s premier country music festival, Stagecoach, is once again incredible no doubt about it, but let’s pause the music for a second to discuss what everyone is unfortunately talking about.

As country fans, we have very simple needs, good music, cold beer, and a safe place to crash when we drink too many cold beers. Now I know things have once again changed as far as venue and camping rules, but if we can create a drinking game out of basic materials like red cups, we can make Stagecoach 2013 the best yet. So let’s skip the 140 character uproar and page-long status rants and face the music; we may not be able to have 30ft slip-n-slides or 50-person flip cup tournaments but we have a venue, we have performers, and we have our Country Music Pride (yes, consider that promo placement). Don’t be bummed about not owning an RV, consider it a challenge to sneak onto Lady A’s tour bus or get some grub at ZBB’s famous “Eat & Greet.”

Let me also remind you that the first headliner to kick off the 3-day show is the God of “Proceed to Party” himself, Toby Keith… and if you think for one second Stagecoach isn’t going to be “Rage”coach with a pro like Toby then I will gladly take your spot in the online waiting room. After all, it’s all about the music and this line-up includes most of the best in the biz. Tickets went on sale October 20th – so if you haven’t snagged your tickets yet buy them now and see you in Indio, CA April 26th – 28th.
