I’m beyond grateful to be surrounded by a team of explosive talent and generosity,” said Hill. “Kudos to their patience and commitment, this project finally meets my artistic vision and details pieces of my journey. I could not be more ready to introduce fans to the music that defines ‘People Like Me’.”

Produced esteemed songwriter/musician, Mike Rogers, “People Like Me” was partially recorded at CTM Studios’ (Catch This Music) state-of-the-art facility in Nashville as well as Rivergate Studios in Hendersonville. Hill has previously described his sound as “country with a twist” because of his Southern-Rock influence. .38 Special’s keyboardist (and co-owner of Rivergate Studios) Bobby Capps can be heard on multiple tracks throughout “People Like Me.”

“Perfect To Me” was the first single from Hill released to Country Radio last summer which earned a variety of praise from outlets including an A letter grade from Digital Journal and exclusive music video premiere via Celeb Secrets Country. The love ballad was co-written by Grammy-nominated artist Chris Young and Rogers.

Originally from Starke, Florida, he came of age while working on his family’s farm planting and harvesting vegetables. Beginning in second grade, Hill took the initiative to perform in local talent shows as an Elvis Presley impersonator…hair dyed black, jumpsuit, the whole package. He went on to join the children’s choir and lead the praise band in church before performing regularly for the holidays at Walt Disney World in high school choir.

A truly compelling performer, between 2013-2016, Hill played over 300 concerts in about 100 different venues across the globe and traveled internationally throughout the fall/winter of 2016 on the Armed Forces Entertainment Tour. Hill has since opened for acts Neil McCoy, Trace Adkins, and Craig Morgan. Hill was declared an “Emerging Artist” by the Country Music Association in 2016 and participates annually at Fan Fair X for the CMA Music Festival.
