Just As I Am Platinum Edition Catapults Brantley Gilbert to #1 Spot

Engines are still smoking from a Memorial Day weekend motorcycle ride with the Wounded Warrior Project®, and Brantley Gilbert continues on a hot streak as Just As I Am Platinum Edition soars to #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and surges into the Top 10 on the all-genre Top 200 chart.

The Valory Music Co. project features 5 unreleased tracks including the raw title track and a remix of the 2X Platinum #1 Hit “Bottoms Up” featuring rapper T.I. Just As I Am Platinum Edition also scored the top spot on iTunes Top Country Albums chart upon the May 18th release.

The Georgia native’s standard release closed out 2014 as one of the Top 5 best selling Country albums and earned the third highest Country debut of 2014. The gold-certified Just As I Am was named “Favorite Country Album” at the American Music Awards and contributed to Brantley’s iHeartRadio Music Awards Renegade Award status, recognizing ‘an artist who breaks boundaries while remaining true to themselves.’ The hit maker, singer/songwriter wrote each one of the 19 tracks across BOTH versions.

Brantley will continue to amp it up this summer, performing on the June 27th episode of CMT Crossroads with Lynyrd Skynyrd. He is also nominated for Collaborative Video of the Year (“Small Town Throwdown” featuring Justin Moore and Thomas Rhett) at the CMT Music Awards and fans can vote now at CMT.com, leading up to the June 10th live show.
