CMA Country Christmas – We’re Gettin’ Close!

By: Chase Miller

It’s only October but we are all jonesing for the holidays that are just around the corner. I can promise you we are in for another huge treat with this years “CMA Country Christmas,” taping. Once again, this two-hour special will be hosted by Jennifer Neetles and will include some of the biggest stars in country music. Oh, and I forgot to mention, these artists will be singing Christmas songs!

This is sure to be an epic experience especially for those people who go all out for the holidays. If you are in Nashville on November 7th, I would strongly encourage attending this event at the Bridgestone Arena. I mean, how many times do you get to see some of the top names in country music perform one of a kind Christmas singles/duets. It’s one of those moments; you just don’t want to miss.

To help make the holidays brighter for children in need, in the Nashville area, this event will also have a toy drive supported by non-profit, Generosity. We all know country artists are some of the most real people in the music industry. Knowing that the artists attending this event support this great cause really shines a spotlight on the artists’ true values and morals. Last year, they were able to collect over 5,000 toys and I can assure you this year will be even better.

Just a few of the artists set to perform at the event include; Dan + Shay, Brett Eldredge, Sara Evans, Hunter Hays, and Carrie Underwood. If you are looking to attend the event on November 7th, tickets start at just $25 dollars for upper level seating and top out at $50 for lower level seating. If you ask me, I think that is a steal! Keep in mind that the taping takes place at 7:30pm/CT, however, the toy drive will begin at 5:00pm/CT, so get there early with your unwrapped toys to support the children in need.
