Carrie Underwood and Steven Tyler Set to Rock CMTs Crossroads Saturday February 4, 2012 LIVE from Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam

Rock legend Steven Tyler and Country MegaStar Carrie Underwood team up for CMT Crossroads to give the word rockin’ a new vibration. Coming to you Live from Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam, the one-hour special debuts on CMT on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11 pm ET/PT. Be sure to tune in to what’s gearing up to be a memorable event.

In the midst of pursuing a degree in mass communication with an eye on a broadcast journalism career, Carrie Underwood managed to squeeze in a minor of auditioning for and winning title of 2005 American Idol, followed by the release of her multi-platinum debut album “Some Hearts”. Carrie would go on to finish her degree while becoming a multi-award winning, multi-platinum selling country music sensation.

Steven Tyler debuted onto the music scene through the drug-laden 60s era eventually forming what would become known as the band Aerosmith. By 1973 Aerosmith was officially “signed” as a band, issued their self-titled debut album and would go on to be forever remembered for the power ballad “Dream On” and the infectious rocker “Walk This Way”.

But this Aerosmith lead singer and American Idol winner are no stranger to sharing the stage together. In 2011 Tyler and Underwood hit the stage during the Academy of Country Music Awards and delivered an earth shattering performance.

And joining forces once again, Carrie and Tyler will take on one another’s hits during a high-energy pre-Super Bowl Special Live in Indianapolis on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11 pm ET/PT.

Listen to what Carrie and Tyler had to say about this rockin’ event during their Crossroads rehearsals.

Entice your curiosity with this sneak peek into this event but be sure to tune in to CMT Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11:00 pm ET/PT as these two team up once again to shatter the stage !
