Blurring of genre lines continues this spring with a few upcoming events centered around Brantley Gilbert.
On May 18 Gilbert will be releasing Just As I Am Platinum Edition. The re-release boasts five previously unreleased tracks as well as a “Bottoms Up” remix featuring rapper, and fellow Georgian, T.I.
A few weeks later Gilbert is set to join forces with southern rock’s legendary Lynyrd Skynyrd for a new edition of CMT Crossroads. This marks Skynyrd’s second appearance on the hit show which pairs country artists with their influences from other genres.
The live collaboration will take to the stage in Franklin, TN June 27 at 9pm CT on CMT.
Later this summer fans may see a more laid back side of Brantley Gilbert as he joins Kenny Chesney for a leg of the Big Revival Tour.
