The Josh Abbott Band Becomes One Of The Biggest Acts In The Country

The story details the long tradition of beloved musicians from Lubbock, from Buddy Holly, to Waylon Jennings, to Natalie Maines, to Josh Abbott Band.

The band has become synonymous with Texas country music, from their humble beginnings at the Blue Light in Lubbock to “Live it While You’ve Got It,” the most recent single from their album ‘Front Row Seat,’ hitting #1 on the Texas radio charts.
