SIRIUS XM scores Haggard, other Stagecoach performances
Tours — By Meghan D. Shapiro on April 22, 2010 at 7:49 pmListeners of SIRIUS XM’s The Highway and Outlaw Country will get a chance to hear performances by some of today’s hottest stars at Stagecoach, California’s Country Music Festival, starting this Saturday, at noon ET.
The Highway’s “Back-Stagecoach Weekend” will feature backstage interviews with artists, special guests and news updates. Outlaw listeners will hear legendary Merle Haggard perform the Stagecoach grounds, at Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif., Saturday at 10 p.m. ET.
Saturday’s line up features Keith Urban, Sugarland, Billy Currington, Phil Vassar and Joey + Rory; while Sunday will bring artists like Toby Keith, Brooks & Dunn, Jason Aldean, Heidi Newfield and The Avett Brothers.
Outlaw Country is SIRIUS channel 63 and XM channel 12, and The Highway is SIRIUS channel 60 and XM channel 16.
