Phil Vassar Continues Partnership With Yamaha Entertainment Group

Yamaha Entertainment Group of America is proud to announce that chart-topping singer-songwriter, Phil Vassar, joins the ranks of Elton John, Alicia Keys and many more on the Yamaha artist roster.

Nothing compares to the keys, vibrato and ease of a Yamaha instrument. I’m thrilled to have Yamaha’s support on the road again,” Vassar said.

With eight critically acclaimed albums and 10 number one hits, Vassar has relied on Yamaha’s CP300 keyboard since 2008.

Vassar continues his #noPHILter tour across the country with his Yamaha instruments in tow well into 2016. Utilizing his strong social following that spans over 45 countries and across 6 continents, Vassar’s energetic show is fan driven by social media requests and includes personal interactions with the crowd.

We are thrilled to continue our relationship with Phil and support his ever so successful musical career” said Chris Gero, Yamaha Entertainment Group founder and vice president. “Yamaha Entertainment Group is proud to continually collaborate with such talented musicians.”

Recently, Vassar electrified crowds during performances with Hunter Hayes and STYX’s Tommy Shaw leading up to the CMA Awards.

Throughout his career, Vassar has been named ACM’s Top New Male Vocalist and Billboard’s Country Songwriter of the Year. He has also received 2 ASCAP Songwriter of the Year awards as well as a Daytime Emmy nomination for “Outstanding Original Song.”

Vassar just released a new music video for the acoustic version of “She’s On Her Way” that showcases fan-submitted moments. Not only are his home studio walls covered in fan photos, but the music video also features clips of fan’s nostalgic moments amidst Vassar’s sentimental vocals.

Vassar will end 2015 with additional #noPHILter dates while working on his latest album project, slated for release in 2016.
