Luke Bryan Announces Summertime Single “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset”

Country superstar Luke Bryan had his debut performance of his latest single “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset” on last night’s season finale of American Idol. The nostalgic summertime track is the third single off his No. 1 album What Makes You Country, and was written by Zach Crowell, Ryan Hurd and Chase McGill.

The song finds Bryan and some of his buddies enjoying free lodging at a lake house when a girl pulls up with some of her friends and the group become better acquainted…

Sunrise, sunburn, sunset, repeat / Moonlight, all night, crashin’ into me / Nothin’ll ever be easy as you and me / Tangled up and nowhere to be / Just sunrise, sunburn, sunset, repeat.

His previous single, “Most People Are Good,” became the Georgia native’s 20th Number One hit earlier this year!

Bryan’s “What Makes You Country” summer tour kicks off May 31st at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and will visit stadiums, arenas and festivals across North America through October. Special  opening guests include Sam Hunt, Jon Pardi, Morgan Wallen and Carly Pearce.
