Keith Urban Announces Additional Dates To “ripCord World Tour 2016”

Keith Urban has announced the addition of three new “ripCORD World Tour 2016” performances.  Two of the tour stops, are to take place in Bozeman (Montana) and Sioux City (Iowa), two markets in which Urban hasn’t appeared since 2005 and 2004 respectively.  The third, to take place on August 5th at the Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre, marks the first time that Urban has ever performed in Pocatello (Idaho).

Ticket information for these dates will be available locally in the coming weeks.

August 4th  – Bozeman, MT – Brick Breeden Fieldhouse

August 5th  – Pocatello, ID   – Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre

October 7th – Sioux City, IA – Tyson Events Center

His “RipCORD World Tour” will feature both Brett Eldredge, who toured with Urban back in 2014 as a special guest on his “Raise ‘Em Up Tour” and newcomer and rising country star, Maren Morris.

We’ll be playing a lot of new music from RipCORD, all new production, new cities where we’ve never played … and Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris? It’s gonna be potent and unbridled,” Urban said in Monday’s (Jan 11) announcement of the tour.

“ripCORD World Tour 2016” will be Urban’s biggest tour to date and follows the release of his eighth studio album of the same name.  Anticipation for this upcoming release has been mounting.  The first single, Urban’s 19th No. 1, “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16,” already earned a Grammy nomination and the second single, “Break on Me,” is now Urban’s 35th Top 10 song.
