Nashville-based singer songwriter & CMT’s Next Woman of Country Emily Hackett released a new track “Gave Him Away,” out everywhere now. The track, which solely written by Emily herself, is featured on hers upcoming EP, “By The Moon”.

“Gave Him Away” follows Emily’s current single “Easy,” which has been a staple for Emily’s career. The single is currently in regular rotation on the local Nashville radio station Lightning 100, as well as Radio Disney Country. Additionally, the track was added to Spotify’s Wild Country and New Music Nashville playlists, Apple Music’s Cool Country playlist, and Amazon Music’s Fresh Folk & Americana playlist.

“Gave Him Away,” “Easy” and Emily’s summer release “Worth The Weight” will be featured on her upcoming EP “By The Moon”, out September 13th. “By The Moon” is the follow up to Emily’s 2018 EP “By The Sun” and part two of her debut album.
