The broadcast promises to be an epic evening with 21 acts performing, and Billboard has a sneak peek with the full Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve playlist.

County music will be well represented at the party with Luke Bryan doing a medley of “Move” and “That’s My Kinda Night,” as well as Carrie Underwood belting out her own medley of “Smoke Break,” “Heartbeat,” and her classic “Before He Cheats.”

It’s amazing,” McCarthy tells Billboard. “If you’re a country fan, Times Square is the place to be.”

Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth, and Demi Lovato. Fergie will toast the evening on the West Coast by hosting the Billboard Hollywood Party, which hosts performances by One Direction, 5 Seconds of Summer, Alessia Cara, Andy Grammer, DNCE, Elle King, Ellie Goulding, Fall Out Boy, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Nathan Sykes, Nick Jonas, OMI, Pentatonix, Rachel Platten, Tove Lo, and Walk the Moon.
