AXS TV offers viewers a Country Christmas with Grammy-winning country entertainer Jennifer Nettles as the network premiered an all-new holiday television event last night. Band Against Cancer presents “Jennifer Nettles: ‘Tis The Season” was originally filmed live at the world-famous CMA Theater in Nashville.
Throughout the special, Nettles’ signature vocals were on full display as the set list featured a charming blend of classics and modern favorites from her latest album “To Celebrate Christmas”.

The hour-long Yuletide concert special includes “Go Tell It On The Mountain,” “O Holy Night,” and “Merry Christmas With Love,” among others. The unforgettable evening was held to raise funds and awareness for the “Band Against Cancer” movement…a joint partnership between cancer specialist Sarah Cannon and Big Machine Label Group, aimed at helping people with cancer connect to the support and resources they need.
The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter has been keeping busy this year, releasing her critically-acclaimed sophomore album, “Playing With Fire”, joining label mates Cheap Trick for a “CMT Crossroads” that earned a CMT Music Awards nomination for ‘Performance of the Year’ AND headlining the 30 plus city “CMT Next Women of Country Tour” across the U.S. and Canada alongside Brandy Clark, Lindsey Ell, and Tara Thompson.
