Congrats: Jenny Tolman Hits #1 On CMT Music 12 Pack Countdown

Nashville native country artist Jenny Tolman ended her six-week long run last week at number one as part of CMT’s Artist Discovery Initiative. Her passionate audience and fan reaction to her debut video for single, “Something To Complain About,” held a firm top ten or top five position each week before finishing strong at the top on the CMT Music 12 Pack Countdown show.

Directed by Seth Zaluski of Spectrum Innovations, the wishful-thinking perspective music video was shot inside a beach-side mansion north of Miami, Florida and has gained attention in the Orlando Sun Sentinel and Profile Miami.

In just a short time, Tolman has already made impressive waves with hundreds of thousands of streams for “Something To Complain About” on Spotify. The talented Nashville native, who with her own twist and unique stylings, co-wrote the well-crafted country song with Aaron Raitiere (three songs on Miranda Lambert’s The Weight of These Wings) and Tolman’s multi-Grammy nominated  producer Dave Brainard (Brandy Clark, Jerrod Neimann, Sunny Sweeney).

Tolman recently took on hosting duties for The Heartland Network’s popular video show Country Fix and taped a soon-to-air segment on Countryline.tv.

Fans can get an up-close Jennyville experience during CMA Music Fest on Friday, June 8th when Tolman will be the featured artist on Nashville’s Acoustic Corner Stage at Bridgestone Arena (2:30 p.m.) and again at Centennial Park’s Musician’s Corner (5:00 p.m.).
