Chris Stapleton Releases Emotional New Video For “Fire Away”

Chris Stapleton released his emotional new video for “Fire Away” today. The powerful video addresses the growing concern over mental health awareness. “Fire Away” comes from Chris’ award-winning debut album, “Traveller“. The singer|songwriter has also teamed up with the ‘Campaign to Change Direction’ for the project.

The ‘Campaign to Change Direction’ says there are five signs of someone who is suffering emotionally, which are all addressed in the “Fire Away” video…agitation, withdrawal, change in personality, decline in personal care and hopelessness. The video brings attention to just how serious mental health issues can be.

Chris plays a bartender in the video, accompanied by actors Ben Foster and Margarita Levieva to deliver moving performance as a married couple with what appears to be a “perfect” life. In the beginning of the video they are happy, moving into a new home and beginning to fix it up. As the video goes on, something begins to change in Margarita’s character…
