Celebrate Independence Day Weekend With A Country Music Marathon On AXS TV

AXS TV will celebrate Independence Day weekend with over 15 hours of country music in a special concert marathon on July 5th beginning at 2 p.m. ET. The line-up will feature unforgettable performances by some of country’s most beloved artists, including Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Martina McBride, Willie Nelson and more…

The marathon will kick off at 2 p.m. ET with outlaw country legend Merle Haggard as he takes the stage at the iconic Billy Bob’s Texas, followed by country superstar Tim McGraw, who performs a mix of his new songs and classic hits, and the star-studded tribute concert “George Jones: 50 Years of Hits”, where the line-up will include Alan Jackson, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Wynonna Judd and many more celebrate legendary artist’s music.

Later on that evening, AXS TV will present Luke Bryan’s iconic spring break concert from Panama City, Florida, followed by Kenny Chesney’s blockbuster “Summer in 3D” concert film, Shania Twain’s Las Vegas show “Still The One”, and then Martina McBride’s Everlasting Tour performance from the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

And if that isn’t enough for you, the night will go on as Willie Nelson performs Billy Bob’s Texas, Sugarland will play hits from “Incredible Machine” as well as other favorites at, along with chart-topper Travis Tritt performing classics such as “Bonnie and Clyde” and “Great Day” and Trace Adkins will cap off the marathon in “Live Country!”
