Cam To Debut Next Single “Mayday” TODAY On Ellen

Cam has received much success for her No. 1 single “Burning House,” and is hoping to follow suit with her next single, “Mayday”.

The song sings of a struggling relationship with lyrics that suggest the person involved in the relationship needs to get out… but just can’t get themselves to do it, something we can all relate to I’m sure.cam-mayday-single-cover1

You are overbearing; I’m not in love |But I don’t wanna tell you | We’ve been contemplating how to give it up |But I can’t convince you |And we’ve been hopelessly holding too tight |When we don’t even need to, and as the water fills this sinking ship |I know we have to leave, too |Mayday, mayday |This is an emergency …” Cam sings.

Cam’s debut full-length album, Untamed, was released back in mid-December. “Mayday” is scheduled to hit country radio on Monday, February 15th.

Cam will officially be debuting her new single on Ellen TODAY, Friday, January 29th.

In addition to releasing her new single, she is currently out on the road opening for Brad Paisley on his 2016 Crushin’ It World Tour and is nominated for ‘Best Country Solo Performance’ at the 2016 Grammy Awards.

‘Untamed’ can be purchased through Cam’s official website.
