Army Veteran, Singer & Songwriter Bart Crow Is Putting His #BootsOn

Army veteran, singer and songwriter, Bart Crow, has joined the Boot Campaign’s #BootsOn initiative to support the 1.4 million men and women serving in our military. In honor of Memorial Day, Crow and the Boot Campaign have partnered with Roughstock to exclusively premiere his new single “Life Comes At You Fast” Monday May 25th, the day before it is available at iTunes and goes for adds at radio. Roughstock will package the track premiere with an exclusive first look at the photos from the Texas native’s recent “Boot Shoot” benefitting the Boot Campaign.

“Life Comes At You Fast” is the debut single from his upcoming new album “The Parade” to be released early fall.

The Boot Campaign is a national nonprofit that promotes patriotism, raises awareness of military issues and provides vital assistance for our nation’s heroes and their families.  Please visit Bootcampaign.org to learn how you can join the movement.

The road-toughened troubadour from Maypearl, TX has already put together an admirable track record as a recording artist releasing five albums in over a decade with money pulled from his own pockets. He has sold over 40,000 albums and lofted six No. 1 singles onto the Texas Music Chart, one of which, “Wear My Ring,” sold over 165,000 copies.

His last album, “Dandelion”, recorded with producer (and Pat Green drummer/co-producer/co-writer) Justin Pollard, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers South Central chart. Pollard reunites with Crow as the producer for his upcoming Fall album release, The Parade. Crow has been cheered in Country Weekly, on CMT, AOL, Music Connection and in other national media outlets. His YouTube videos and concert footage have drawn more than 2.5 million views!

The blue-collar balladeer, plays  more than 130 dates a year in front of loyal rowdy crowds at far-flung, late-night clubs and concert halls all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Illinois, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Montana and beyond. It’s his music that draws them…a tangle of roots in blues, country and down-home rock ‘n’ roll, branded with his unique imprint. Countless  influences haunt his music including a choir of real American country in the fashion of Merle and Waylon, John Conlee, George Jones and Jerry Jeff Walker, razor-edged rock from Metallica, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, deep-fried Southern soul from Otis Redding and more.
